It is a nice SOBER-living apartment complex in the Rosewood area with easy access to Rosewood Dr, I-77 and Hwy 1. On the bus route. Within 5 to 15 minutes driving distance to USC, Downtown Columbia, Midlands Tech. All utilities included. Free internet.
To be eligible for temporary housing you should apply at www.thehouseofpeace.org and become a member.
Apartment dues: Entire 2 bed/1 bath apartment. $275/Week or $1000/Month. All utilities included.
Private room dues: One bedroom with shared bathroom, living and dining. $150/Week or $575/Month. All utilities included.
Program members may be eligible for further discounts if they serve in the house council or participate in house activities.
Admission Requirements:
Regardless of the type of membership you choose,
#1 We expect you to follow the house rules. NO alcohol, drugs or any inappropriate behavior.
#2 We require PROOF of income or employment or sponsorship to show that you can pay your dues.
This is a nice place for the price you pay and therefore it is important to apply ahead of time. The house will call you for an interview if there is availability to accommodate you.
These units in the complex are reserved for Women and Women with Children. No unaccompanied minors allowed.
House tour appointments are between 6 - 8 pm each day.
